billing address, email address, telephone number, and payment information, such as credit card information (including the card number, cardholder name and expiration date).
Waiver Form: You may be able to complete a waiver form on the Website. The Website may ask you to submit your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, gender, and health-related information. You may also be asked to provide information about any minors who will fly, such as their name, date of birth, gender, and health-related information.
Using the Website: We collect information you provide through the Website and through our service provider’s websites. For example, when you submit ratings and reviews using our Website or through our service provider’s website, we will collect the information you provide in such submissions.
Communicate with Us: We collect information you provide through your communications with our customer-support team or through other communications with us, including through social media.
During Your Flight: We may take photographs and/or videos of your flights for use in marketing and/or for internal purposes, such as training.
Automatic Data Collection: Cookies and Related Technologies. When you visit our Website or open our emails, we and our third-party partners, such as advertising networks, social media widgets, and analytics providers, may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. The information collected in this manner includes IP address, general location based on IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Website. We may link this data to your profile. Our partners also may collect information about your online activities over time, on other devices, and on other websites or apps. By using the Website, you are authorising us to gather, parse, and retain data related to the provision of the Website. We may retain such information for as long as is necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy. If you do not provide all or part of the information we request from you, we may not be able to provide you with the services or assistance that you require.
On occasions we may request, or you may choose to provide, personal information about other people so that, for example, we can include them as part of your booking. Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us.
How IFLY Uses Your Information
We use information to:
process orders and bookings;
facilitate and improve our services;
resolve disputes; and
communicate with you, including for marketing purposes.
Internal and Service-Related Usage: We use information for internal and service-related purposes, such as to allow you to book flights and buy vouchers. We may use and retain any data we collect to provide and improve any of our services.
Communications and Marketing: We may send email to the email address you provide to us to for marketing, informational, and operational purposes, such as customer service, system maintenance, and other Website-related purposes. You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We may use information to show you personalised online advertising on the Website or on other websites.
Photographs, Videos, and Live Streams: We may post photographs, videos, and live streams of your flights.
Aggregate Data: We may anonymise or aggregate data collected through the Website and use and disclose it for any purpose.
Children and Sensitive Information
We will only collect sensitive or health information from you or about you with your consent and use such information in accordance with relevant privacy laws. By supplying sensitive or health information you will be taken to have given your consent to our collection of that information.
The types of sensitive information we may collect include:
health information relating to your medical history; and
health information relating to your current medical condition.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.
We permit adults to submit information about children on the Website, such as on the waiver form. However, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information that children under 13 years of age submitted to us, and no part of the Website is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with such personal information without your consent, you may alert us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we learn that we have collected any such personal information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
iFLY May Disclose Your Information
We may share your information:
with our third-party vendors and service providers who provide services or functions on our behalf, such as credit card processing, marketing, distribution of surveys or customer service;
our business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services;
with other users of the Website (including, for example, where you provide a rating or feedback on the Website, in which case we will display information about you, such as your name, city and state);

to protect and defend our rights and property; and
with your permission.
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information as described above.
We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission.
We may allow access to data collected by the Website to enable the delivery of personalised online advertising on the Website or on other websites or online services, or to send you information we think may be useful or relevant to you.
Legal and Similar Disclosures

Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. Provided that we take reasonable steps to ensure the protection of the personal information we hold outlined above, we do not accept liability for any unintentional disclosure.
International Data Transfers
We are likely to disclose some of your personal information, for the purposes described above, to other countries, including the United States.
By providing your personal information to us, you consent to our disclosure of your personal information to organisations in those countries even though it may not receive the same protections that it would in New Zealand. You may request us not to transfer your personal information to the countries listed above, but if you do so we may not be able to provide the services or products you have requested from us.
Update Your Information or Ask a Question
In New Zealand, amongst other rights, you have a right to request access to your personal information and request its correction. Any access request may be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the personal information we hold about you, and we will notify you of what such fee will be after receiving your access request.
