What is iFLY?
Queenstown goes by a lot of names – it has long been the adventure capital of the world and New Zealand’s winter playground and here at iFLY we have designated it the home of #skydivingapprovedbymum too!
So, what is iFLY? We are New Zealand’s ONLY custom wind tunnel that was purpose-built to help Kiwis of all ages and abilities earn their wings! Indoor Skydiving is the most exhilarating, achievable and accessible experience you can do together as a family – you only need to be 5 years old to fly AND you’re never too old to fly (the oldest person who has flown with us is 94)! iFLY operates all weather, 7 days a week, and during the winter is open late into the evenings!
Now we must warn you, this isn’t your typical indoor experience. Your mind will be blown and so will your perceptions because things will never be the same once you experience the thrill of truly flying. There isn’t a more uplifting (pun intended) and bonding experience to bring the family together. You will leave grinning from ear to ear and buzzing with the feeling that anything is possible.
